Rhiana Carr

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

Rhiana graduated from Middlebury College with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. While at Middlebury, she studied the role of spontaneous brain oscillations in memory consolidation. Since graduating in 2022, she has been working at MGH as a clinical research coordinator on clinical trials focused on stroke prevention, stroke recovery, and cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA).

In the lab, Rhiana is currently studying how inflammation influences disease progression in mouse models of CAA.

Outside of work, Rhiana enjoys taking long walks, spending time in nature, and staying active.
